These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MedNEx Device LLC website at mednexdevice.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by MedNEx Device LLC, a contract development and research organization serving pharmaceutical companies, device innovators, and CDMOs in the drug-device combination product sector. The Site describes our services and provides general information about our industry.
Content on this Site, including articles, insights, summaries of regulations and standards, and descriptions of our services, is provided for general information only. It is not regulatory, legal, medical, or engineering advice, and it does not create a consultant-client relationship. The Site and its content — including text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos, and the selection and arrangement of that content — are owned by MedNEx Device LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The MedNEx Device name and logo are marks of MedNEx Device LLC. Third-party names, standards designations, and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site’s contact form or by unsecured email. Information you submit through the Site is not treated as confidential unless a confidentiality agreement is already in place between us covering that information. If your enquiry involves confidential material, contact us and we will put an appropriate agreement and secure transfer method in place first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MedNEx Device regarding the Site.
